Job Description: Squad Representative

The Squad Representative is the central point of contact for swimmers and parents for the relevant squad they are representing. He/she will:

Maintain regular contact with the squad coach and communicate with parents and swimmers.

Maintain and update when required the squad binder and ensure that all relevant sections reflect the activity and future requirements of the squad.

Maintain their squad list in liaison with their squad coach and ensure that an up to date telephone tree sheet is issued to all the parents.

Attend squad meetings and ensure that any activity designated for their squad is achieved.

Report back to the management committee any questions, concerns or activities of both parents and swimmers of their squad.

Offer assistance to the Open Meet Secretary in collecting Open Meet entries of their squad's swimmers.
