Amateur Swimming Association
The first place to look for anything related to swimming in the UK. Also contains a list of links to other clubs.

ASA South Eastern Region
In September 2005, the ASA was split into eight regions. Bracknell & Wokingham is now part of the South Eastern Region (Swim South East). This region covers Hampshire, the Channel Islands, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Sussex and the parts of Surrey, Middlesex and Kent that are outside London.

Berkshire & South Buckinghamshire ASA
The official website of the Berks & South Bucks ASA. Includes county championships entry criteria and results, county records, minutes of Executive Committee meetings, current trophy holders, information on masters swimming, a directory of local clubs, news of inter-county competitions and news for officials.

British Long Distance Swimming Association
Have a look at this site if you want a change from swimming in a pool.

Elmbridge Pheonix Swimming Club - UK Clubs Directory
Has a list of over 1300 UK Swimming Club Web sites compared with about 400 in the ASA list, all of which are automatically checked to make sure they are up to date.

Hants & South Coast Swimming Leagues
Information and league tables for the Premier League, Rother League and Junior Cup, all of which we take part in.

Olympic Swimming pools in the UK

In September 2005, Southern Counties ASA (SCASA) was disbanded and replaced by three regions: ASA London Region, ASA South East Region and ASA East Region.

British Swimming Coaches and Teachers Association
A branch of the GMB Union. Also contains lots of news on swimming.

Likeafish
This site provides an extensive range of online resources for swimming teachers, coaches and tutors. A membership fee of £37 to £97 is required to access the information.

Sports Coach UK
Formally the National Coaching Foundation.

Swimming Coaches Information Service
Free information on the science of swimming for swimming coaches and teachers from the International Society of Biomechanics in Sport & the University of Edinbrough.

Swimming Teachers Association
A great new UK site for swimming teachers with the emphasis on teaching everyone to swim safely.

BBC Sport Swimming
An excellent site for swimmers from beginners to experts covering stroke techniques, skills and equipment with masterclasses and videos from the experts.

Includes a very useful drug information database where you can find out if it is safe to use a particular drug while competing.

Vilacom Sports
Lists major sporting events and record holders across the world including a section listing current swimming world records with pictures. Maybe we will have one of our swimmers appearing here one day!

Friends Reunited Teams & Clubs has a section on Bracknell Swimming Club with many past and current members listed. If you have lost contact with someone from our club or want to find out what people have been doing since they left, this is a good place to start. You will need to register but its free.
