Management Committee
The Management Committee is responsible for running the club on a day to day basis. It consists of a Chairman, President, two Vice Presidents, a Treasurer, Secretary, a number of elected members and a representative for each of the main squads. Management Committee meetings are held in Bracknell on the third Monday of each month. Our Chief Coach also attends the meetings.
Every year in October we hold an Annual General Meeting where we review the current state of the club and elect members to stand on the Committee for the following year. This event is usually held at the Bracknell Sports and Leisure Centre and is open to all club members. If you are at all interested in influencing the future of the club, you are welcome to put your name forward to become an elected member.
The following is a brief description of each of the roles on the committee.

many years and is prepared to act as a figurehead for the club. His main duties
are to present awards and give speeches etc.

at the monthly meetings. They also have an in depth knowledge of swimming.

ensuring we have sufficient funds for the future running of the club.

and should be the main point of contact for the ASA and other outside bodies.

These members represent the views of the main squads at the monthly meetings

These members are elected onto the committee at the
Annual General Meeting. They attend the monthly meetings and they have voting
