We are currently looking for companies in the local area
to sponsor us. There are a number of ways in which you can help.
- By donating a sum of money to the club.
If you are able to donate a sum of money to the club, we will advertise
you companies name on our website. Some of the we need money for at
the moments are:
Equipment such as electronic timing equipment for competitions
Training camps for the swimmers
Pool and coach hire
- By sponsoring one of our competitions.
We run a number of competitive galas throughout the year, where we
invite other clubs from throughout the South of England. If you are
prepared to sponsor one of these galas by paying for the hire of the
pool, providing a trophy or donating raffle prizes we will advertise
your company on the programme. We usually have over one hundred spectators
at our galas, all of who buy a programme.
- By sponsoring our Open Meet.
Every year we host a designated open meet over two days, where we
invite swimmers from all over the country. If you (or your Company) would like to help in some
way with sponsorship, then we would be eternally grateful. There are
several ways in which this con be done:
Race Sponsorship:

We are suggesting £40.00 an event
or £75.00 for a pair. Sponsorship will be acknowledged in the Programme
(with your logo) and be announced over the public address system
at the start of the race.

Advert:
|
Your advert will be placed in the
Programme (£16 for quarter A4 page).
|
Donation:
|
A donation of any amount towards
the cost of running the event e.g. trophies etc.
|
Gift/Product:
|
Product or vouchers donated for
use on the Tombola Stall (a valuable money raiser).
|
Cheques should be mode payable to Bracknell
& Wokingham Swimming Club Open Meet.
