Great swims at No Frills
Seventeen Bracknell swimmers competed in last weekend’s No Frills open meet held at the Garrison. This represented one of the last opportunities for our age group swimmers to obtain regional qualifying times and also another chance for national times.

Our swimmers did not disappoint, with a very successful meet. James Ellison, having broken both arms only eleven weeks ago, obtained his second national time in 200m fly and Michael Baxter achieved his 200m breaststroke time. Gavin Suen and Eilidh Macgregor were both extremely unlucky to have missed their times by less than a tenth of a second.

Congratulations to Jenny Kearney and James Worsley who added more regional swims to their programmes and to the many swimmers who swam personal best times.
