James Ellison taking part in his first ever National Championships came 4th in the 100M Butterfly and 8th in the 200M Butterfly. James had finished 12th after the heats of the 200M Butterfly, but took full advantage of gaining a spot in the final to knock a further 3 seconds off his personal best time.
Ewan achieved a pb to finish 10th in the final of the 200M.
Eilidh competed well and gained a personal best time in the 1500m Freestyle.
The Girls Freestyle relay team, consisting of Eilidh, Malka Reuben, Courtney Brick and Jenny Kearney all swam well. It was a very good achievement to reach Nationals and the girls all gained valuable experience.

National Youth Championships
In the National Youth championships a team of 16 swimmers travelled to Sheffield to compete.
Kathryn Willis finished 8th in the 200M Backstroke and 6th in the 100M Backstroke. Kathryn also reached the semi final of the 200M I M.
Steven King came 10th in the final of the 100M Butterfly.Competing in their first ever National Championships Gavin Suen and Alannah Fillingham both rose to the occasion. Gavin achieved a personal best time in the 100m Butterfly and Alannah gained personal best times in the 100M & 200M Butterfly.
The relay teams all swam well with the Boys 4 X 200M Freestyle Relay Team narrowly missing the final. A number of personal best times and season best times were achieved.
The swimmers who competed in the National Youth Championships were Steven King, Kathryn Willis, Marley Farrell, Annabel Humphreys, Alannah Fillingham, George Wilson, Tom Keen, Jamie Shields, Clara Nutting, Jodie Willis, Chris Brook, Michael Baxter, Celeste Lindque, Kevin Mitchell, Jim Sanderson, Gavin Suen.
