Forty four swimmers from Bracknell entered the Rushmoor Open Meet. Licensed at level three, this was an opportunity for our younger or less experienced swimmers to compete. The swimmers performed extremely well over the weekend and there were many personal best times achieved. Bracknell amassed a collection of 22 medals over the weekend, including 22 gold’s. Gold medal winners included Kyran Edmunds, Georgina Vlatas, William Humphreys, Craig Hodges, Abbie Johnson and Christina Bertone.

During the weekend, the Coaches remarked on the good behaviour of the swimmers and in particular they were very pleased to see how the older, more experienced children, helped the younger ones ‘learn the ropes’.
