Proposed new BWSC Committee structure and squad structure

Over the past few months BWSC Committee members have been discussing how the Committee could be restructured to improve it's effectiveness and it's communication to all members of the club.

Attached are three documents, showing the proposed new committe structure, the roles of the committee and the sub-committees and proposed new squad struxture.

A briefing will be organised, currently proposed for the second week of September, where this new structure will be presented to members and swimmers of BWSC. Details to follow nearer the time.
